Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, and the message describing your problem. We only ask for what we need to reply and scope a potential engagement.

Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used — page views, referrers, device type, and approximate region. These analytics do not use cookies and do not build advertising profiles or identify you personally.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Web3Forms (delivering contact-form submissions to our inbox). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records, then delete them on request. Aggregate analytics are retained by our provider in de-identified form.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time. Email binayak@astracogent.com and we will action it promptly.
